So I've been internet-less for the past couple days, again, and while it severely interrupted my daily scheduled programming, it did give me a lot of time to make some serious headway editing photos. Therefore, without further ado (and an apparent cliche) I bring you Day 2 in Cambridge!
My dad had work that day so Ryan and I got up and got breakfast and mom joined us shortly after. After that we set off to explore Cambridge!
We didn't figure out that we could've just crossed the river and gotten to the university that way until later so we ended up taking the long way around to campus that morning.
You can see it in the last photo there but the sky just kept getting darker and darker until it finally opened up and all hell broke loose. Luckily the girls inside a nearby clothing store recommended us a lovely tea cafe nearby.
After a tuna and cucumber sandwich and the most delicious carrot cake ever, we resumed our walking tour.
With a pitstop at Hardy's of course.
We got chocolate-covered honeycomb, some fudge, and some sugary...strawberry...thing.
At the end of the day we took a punting tour around campus. I'll up those next!
